Please confirm whether the water tank is installed in place and whether the hooks on both sides have been buckled;
Please confirm whether the robot voice prompts "The water tank has been installed" and "The water tank has been removed" during the installation and removal of the water tank
It will take a certain time for the water tank to completely soak the rag. Before mopping the floor, please moisten the rag according to the instructions before using it;
Do not add non-special cleaning or disinfectant when using it, which may cause damage to electronic components;
The water tank in the mopping mode does not always output water, and the water tank has a built-in electric control water tank. Intermittent water output is not a water tank failure;
Please try to check and clean the water outlet at the bottom of the water tank;
Please use a small tool to check whether the vent hole of the water tank filler plug is ventilated;
If there is no water coming out for a long time, please contact customer service for replacement or repair.
