Why is it difficult for the robot to surmount obstacles?
The maximum obstacle height of the robot is 2cm. After the water tank is installed, the obstacle height will be slightly reduced due to the heavier body.
Secondly, if there is water on the ground in your home, it will cause the wheels to slip and the ability to overcome obstacles will decrease.
With some higher thresholds or multi-track slides, it will be more difficult for the robot to cross obstacles. Please wait patiently for the robot to execute the logic of getting out of the obstacles and observe whether the obstacles are successfully crossed in the end.
If you have checked the above situation and the threshold height is far less than 2cm, but you have failed to overcome the obstacle, please contact customer service to help you deal with it.
