Why does the robot miss cleaning?

1. Please upgrade the firmware to the latest version;
2. Please confirm whether there are obstacles or high steps larger than 2cm at the door of the missed area
3. Please confirm whether the robot has slipped during the cleaning process;
4. Please confirm whether you are using global cleaning, not selected area cleaning;
5. Please try to restart the robot;
6. If the above investigation is invalid, please contact customer service to help you deal with it.
