The roller brush and Hepa filter may become clogged after periods of use, compromising the machine's suction power.
Troubleshooting
Step 1. Whether the roller brush and filter element are too wet or clogged, you can clean them and dry them thoroughly before use.
Step 2. The roller brush and filter element are not installed in place, you can try to reinstall them.
Step 3. Remove the sewage tank, clean water tank, roller brush cover, roller brush, lie the machine flat, and clean the floor brush suction port with a cleaning brush.
Step 4. Remove the sewage tank and check if the sewage tank pipeline is blocked. If it is blocked, it needs to be cleaned.
