Issue description

Troubleshooting
Step 1. Check the power supply of the dust collection station
Plug in the power and remove the main unit from the station. Observe whether the indicator light on the dust collection station is on.
If the green indicator light is on continuously, place the main unit back onto the station. Make sure it is installed properly and you hear a “click” sound.
Step 2. Check the battery pack indicator status
Battery indicator is solid white
This indicates that the battery is fully charged.
After about 5 minutes, the indicator light will turn off and enter power-saving mode.

After using the device in high-power mode, the battery may temporarily enter overheating protection.
Charging will automatically resume after the temperature decreases.
This is normal and helps extend battery life. Please wait patiently.Battery level shows “0” or “L0”
Please charge the device for about 1 hour and then check again.
Step 3. Check abnormal battery indicator conditions
Battery indicator does not light up and the device cannot be charged
Reinstall the battery pack and reposition the main unit on the station.
If the issue persists, please check whether the charging contacts (spring pins) of the base station can rebound normally.Battery indicator does not light up but the device can still charge normally
The battery pack may be abnormal. It is recommended to send the battery pack back for further testing.The first red battery indicator flashes
Please confirm whether the device has recently come into contact with water or moisture.
The vacuum cleaner is designed only for dry debris.
If any parts were washed, please ensure they are completely dry before use.
