Error 1. The vacuum does not work

Solution: Check whether the charger is properly plugged into the charging & storing mount.
Possible Cause: The appliance is not placed onto the charging & storing mount properly.
Solution: Make sure the appliance is placed onto the charging & storing mount properly.
Possible Cause: The battery is charged and switches to Sleep Mode automatically.
Solution: The vacuum runs normally.

Error 5. Charging too slow
Possible Cause: The battery temperature is too low or too high.

Possible Cause: LED lights are damaged.
