Solution: Empty the dust cup and clean the filter assembly.
Possible Cause: Attachment is blocked.
Solution: Clear any blockage in the attachment.
Error 3. Motor is making a strange noise
Possible Cause: Main suction opening or extension rod is blocked.
Solution: Clear any blockage in the main suction opening or extension rod.
Error 4. The first indicator is red after turning on the vacuum
Possible Cause: Battery pack is damaged.
Solution: Please contact the after-sales service department for maintenance.
Error 5. The first indicator blinks red when charging the vacuum
Possible Cause: The charger is incompatible.
Solution: Only use the original charger to charge the vacuum.
Error 6. The battery indicator does not light when charging
Possible Cause: The charger does not plug into the vacuum well.
Solution: Check whether the charger is properly plugged into the vacuum.
Possible Cause: The battery is fully charged and went into sleep mode.
Solution: The vacuum can be used normally.

Error 7. The vacuum charges slowly
