Issue description
If your Roboticmower A1 experiences extremely slow firmware updates or the update fails completely, please refer to this article for troubleshooting.
Troubleshooting
Step 1. Firmware upgrades require a Wi-Fi connection. If the upgrade is very slow or fails, you can move the A1 to an indoor location with good Wi-Fi coverage and then try the upgrade again.
Step 2. If the issue still cannot be resolved, please upload the logs within the app and collect the relevant information to provide feedback to the Dreame after-sales team for software analysis.
Note:
1.The robot only supports 2.4G networks or 2.4G & 5G combined networks.
2. If the new location's WiFi router is different from the one used during the initial setup, you can add the current WiFi in the network management section of the app's settings. If you still cannot connect to WiFi, you can delete the robot from the device page and set it up again.
