If your Roboticmower A1 reports a drive wheel error or if the drive wheel cannot stop, please refer to this article for troubleshooting.
Scenario 1
The robot's alarm indicating abnormal driving wheels.
Troubleshooting
Step 1. Rotate and check if there is any foreign object stuck in the driving wheels and clean the driving wheels promptly.
Step 2. Try to restart the robot.
Step 3. If the issue still cannot be resolved, please upload the logs within the app and contact our after-sales service team.
Scenario 2
The driving wheels didn't stop immediately after the A1 was lifted during work?
Explanation
To reduce false triggering due to ground bumps, the A1 will autonomously attempt to get out of trap within 10 seconds of being triggered. However, once the A1 is lifted, the cutting blade will stop immediately to ensure safety.
