Scenario 1
Z1/Z1 PRO cannot be charged
Troubleshooting
Step 1 There may be excess water on the charging port of the device. Dry the charging port thoroughly before charging.
Step 2 The magnetic adapter may be damaged.

Scenario 2
Z1&Z1 Pro APP prompts the battery charging temperature is too high, click to view the solution how to deal with it
Troubleshooting
Step 1. Please unplug the charging, and transfer the device to a cool place to cool down.
Step 2. Turn off the robot, wait for a while and restart it.
