Issue description
If the appliance is not working properly, the H15S screen display will show an error message. Please refer to the below table to find your solution.

| Insufficient water. | Fill the clean water tank. | |
| The Used Water Tank is full. | Please clean the used water tank. | |
| Roller brush stuck. | Clean the roller brush. | |
| Blocked tube. | Refer to the Care & Maintenance section to clean the tube and dirt sensor. | |
| The roller brush and tube are dirty. | Place the appliance back onto the base for self- cleaning. |
Error Code E1-E7，H1-H6，H7:
