Issue description
If the appliance is not working properly, the screen display will show an error message. Please refer to the below table to find your solution.

| Roller brush stuck | Clean the brush roller. |
| The roller brush and tube are dirty | Place the appliance back onto the base for self-cleaning. | |
| Insufficient cleaning solution | Please refill the cleaning solution box. |
