Issue description
If your Matrix 10 Ultra robot encounters issue: APP prompts "mop installation failed, please install mop manually" , please refer to this guide for troubleshooting.
Troubleshooting
Step 1. Check whether the mop is installed properly, check whether the mop in the cleaning tray is placed accurately, whether there is any tilt, if so, you can try to install it manually, or put it straight manually.
If you cannot directly try step 1, or if you are unable to operate the robot directly at the moment, you can try this step:
Step 2. Try to restart the cleaning task, and it will be automatically repaired when the next task is started.
