Issue Description
If your H15 Mix does not clean thoroughly and leaves stains or residue, please refer to this article for troubleshooting steps.
Troubleshooting
Step 1. Check whether the bristles of the roller brush are worn. If the use time is too long, it is recommended to replace the roller brush regularly.
Step 2. Please check what kind of stain it is:
- For sticky stains, it is recommended to pre-clean the ground first.
- For dry stains, it is recommended to clean more, slowly push back and forth a few times, and let the roller brush stay longer.
Step 3. It is recommended to use a cleaning solution with your H15 Mix for better cleaning effect.
