Issue Description
If you notice water leaking from the clean water tank, it may be caused by improper installation, tank issues, or the addition of incompatible liquids. Follow the steps below to troubleshoot and provide the necessary information for further verification.

This troubleshooting applies to the following models: H15 Pro, H15 Pro Heat, H15 Pro FoamWash, H15 Mix, H15S, H12 Pro Flex Reach.
Troubleshooting
Step 1. Check installation.
Ensure the clean water tank is properly installed and try to re-install the tank correctly.
Step 2. Test the tank.
Remove the clean water tank, refill it with fresh water, and allow the exterior to dry. Then check for any leakage. If leakage occurs, please record a short video of the issue.
Step 3. Verify liquids used.
Confirm whether any other brand of cleaning agent, disinfectant, fragrance, or other liquid has been added to the water tank. If any additions have been made, please provide the brand name of the liquid used.
