Issue Description
If you encounter repeated failures when trying to configure the network for your C1 Station, you may refer to this article for troubleshooting.
Troubleshooting
Step 1. Update the Dreame APP
Go to the App Store or Google Play and check if a new version of the Dreame APP is available.
If yes, update to the latest version.
Use [Add Device] in the APP and scan the QR code on the back of the robot to configure the network.
Minimum supported versions:
iOS: 2.3.10
Android: 2.1.10.14
Step 2. Verify APP Permissions
Ensure the APP has location permissions enabled.
Step 3. Test Connection with Mobile Hotspot
For iOS users, keep the hotspot settings screen active and the phone unlocked.
If the robot connects successfully via mobile hotspot, it indicates the robot is working properly.
Step 4. Check Router Settings
Wi-Fi band: 2.4GHz only
Correct password entry
Disable firewall or whitelist restrictions
Restart the router and place the robot next to it for network configuration
If it still fails, try replacing the router and configure the network again
Step 5. Further Measures
Try using a different router to complete the network setup
For older phone models, try using a different smartphone
