Can H12 Pro FlexLite compatible with cleaning solutions from other brands?
The ingredients in cleaning solutions from other brands are unknown, and the acidic components they contain may damage the silicone tubing and motor inside the machine. We recommend using Dreame official cleaning solution.
How to use cleaning solution？
Take a bottle cap of cleaning solution, add it to the water tank and shake it evenly for use
Capacity of water tanks:
Clean water tank: 780ml. Due to the bumpy transportation process and the temperature and pressure changes in the testing environment, there will be slight differences in the size of the water tank, which will cause a small fluctuation in the capacity of the water tank and will not affect normal use at all.
Used water tank: 700ml. In Lie flat status is 480ml.
Can the H12 Pro FlexLite clean carpets?
Short-haired carpets or floor mats, the floor scrubber can operate normally without clogging. When the roller brush is clean, the carpet can be cleaned. It is recommended to use the suction mode mode for cleaning.
How to charge?
Firstly, it is necessary to ensure that the machine is in an upright state, connect the charging dock to the adapter and turn on the power supply; place the machine on the charging dock, the charging icon on the screen lights up, the host enters the charging state, and the battery level is displayed in percentage form in real time. After being fully charged, the screen will automatically turn off after 10 minutes.
Will the machine automatically power off after being fully charged?
After the machine is fully charged for 10 minutes, it will automatically cut off the power and enter a sleep state, which does not consume electricity.
