If the robot cannot be turned on, please follow the troubleshooting steps below.

Step 1. Press and hold the Power on/off button for 2 seconds. Ensure it is outside the charging station.

Step 2. Check whether the robot has sufficient battery power. If the battery is depleted, place the robot on the charging station to recharge.
