How to set a PIN code for the robot?
Step 1. Set a PIN code
- Turn the knob to select a number from 0 to 9.
- Turn clockwise to increase the number and anticlockwise to decrease it.
- Press the knob to confirm and set the next digit.
- To modify the previous digit, turn the knob anticlockwise until the number becomes 0 and keep turning it one time more.
Important note: Please do not set the PIN code to "0000".
Step 2. Second confirmation
- Enter the PIN code again to complete setting the PIN code.
Note: If two passwords do not match, please set the new password again.
Can I change the PIN code after setting it?
You can choose the following methods to change the PIN code:
Method 1. You can change it in the APP via the path "Settings" > "Change PIN Code"
Method 2. You can also change it on the robot via the control panel "Settings" > "Change PIN Code" on the display screen.
Important note: Please do not set the PIN code to "0000".

Troubleshooting
If your device cannot unlock the PIN, please troubleshoot and get help based on the following scenarios:
Scenario 1. Old devices (existing users):
If you are unable to unlock your device after using it for a while:
- If the App account can be logged in normally: reset the PIN code directly in the App.
- If the App account cannot be logged in: the device needs to be sent to the repair center to reset the PIN code. Please reach out for further assistance.
Scenario 2. New devices (official channels):
If your device is brand new and purchased through official channels:
- First, try unlocking with default codes: 0001 or 0002.
- If unlocking still fails: please contact our customer service team to return the device to the repair center for a free PIN code reset or a replacement.
Important note: PIN code cannot be reset remotely.
Scenario 3. Second-hand devices:
Purchased from official channels: please contact our after-sales support team and provide valid proof of purchase, the device can be sent to the repair center for free a PIN code reset.
Purchased from third-party sellers or individuals: please contact the seller to obtain the current PIN code or relevant reset information.
