Yes, the robot comes with a pre-installed Link module that includes Link Service, free for the first 3 years once the robot is powered on. This allows the robot to stay connected to the app and be remotely controlled without a Wi-Fi connection.
2. Functions not supported by 4G:
Robot unlocking, network configuration, map creation, map expansion, passage setup, remote control mode, 3D map display, real-time video viewing, photo and video recording, and OTA updates.
3. Why is the robot disconnected from my phone after activating the Link Service?
Network instability may cause the Link Module to lose connection. Try restarting the robot. If the issue persists, please contact the Dreame after-sales service team.
4. Do I need to renew the Link Service after activation?
The Link Service is free for the first 3 years after activation. After that, renewal is required. For renewal details, please contact the Dreame after-sales service team.
5. Can I view real-time video using the Link service?
No, the real-time video feature is only available when the robot is connected to a Wi-Fi network.
