Can the robot mow in the evenings?
Yes, thanks to the OmniSense 3D positioning system, the robot is immune to shadow and light variations, allowing it to mow 24/7.
Can the robot mow under a trampoline?
Yes, the robot can mow under a trampoline. However, the trampoline's frame might obstruct the robot's path and potentially cause it to get stuck. We recommend creating the trampoline area as a no-go zone. Alternatively, you can use the “Manual Mode” in the app to remotely control the robot and mow beneath the trampoline.
Can I clean the robot with a high-pressure washer?
No, the IP rating for the robot is IPX6, and you can clean it with a hose, but do not use a high-pressure washer.
During winter, should I bring both the robot and the charging station indoors?
Yes. The long-term storage temperature for the robot and the charging station is between -10°C and 35°C. To extend the battery's lifespan, we recommend that you disconnect them from the power source and turn off the robot, and then store both devices in a dry and shaded location at a temperature between 0°C and 25°C when not in use.
