Can I replace the robot's battery myself?
No, if the battery of your robot is damaged, please contact the Dreame after-sales service team immediately. Please do not replace the battery yourself.
The battery is draining faster than before. Why is this?
The the robot's battery is covered by a 2-year warranty. However, battery performance can degrade over time, leading to quicker battery drainage and extended charging periods.
When I'm not using the robot for an extended period, can I leave it charging in the charging station?
If you do not plan to use your the robot for more than a week, we recommend unplugging it from the power source to protect the battery. For long-term storage, fully charge the robot before turning it off, and store it in a suitable place. Recharge the battery every six months to prevent over-discharge, which can lead to battery damage.
Why did the robot run out of battery the next day after unplugging the charging station?
If the robot is left on standby for more than 10 hours without charging, the battery may be depleted. If you don't plan to use the robot for an extended period, it's recommended to either turn it off or keep it on the charging station.
