If you find that the device cannot be charged, please check the following:

2. What Should I Do If the Machine Does Not Work?
- Vacuum is out of battery or low on power.Fully charge the vacuum, then resume use.
- Overheat protection mode triggered by a blockage.Clean the suction openings or air duct. Wait until the vacuum cools down, then reactivate it.
- Suction opening or air duct is blocked.Clear any blockages from suction opening or air duct.
3. Why Has the Machine's Suction Power Decreased?
- Please confirm whether too much garbage is absorbed, if so, please clean the dust cup in time;
- Check whether any foreign body is blocked in the extension pipe or main engine hole. If yes, clean the foreign body in time.
- Please confirm whether the filter element component is blocked due to excessive dust. If so, clean it up in time;
- If there is no problem with cleaning and plugging, it may be a motor problem. Please contact the after-sales service in time.
4. Why Is the Brush Head Not Rotating?
Please check whether any foreign matter is stuck. If any foreign matter is stuck, please clean it up in time. If no foreign matter is stuck, please contact the after-sales service in time.
5. Why Is the Machine Slow to Start?
If this phenomenon occurs, please contact the aftersales service.
6. The vacuum gets hot after working for a while.
- Please check whether there is a foreign body blocking the pipe or main engine port. If so, please clean the foreign body in time;
- Please check whether the filter element is too dirty and has not been cleaned. If this happens, please clean the filter element in time.
7. Fingers smell like plastic after using the machine?
Due to surface processing, there may be slight odor when used for the first time.
