Issue description
If your X50 Ultra Complete robot cannot be charged or has abnormal charging issues, you can refer to this article for troubleshooting.
Troubleshooting
Step 1. Please check if the firmware of your device is the latest version; If not, please update it to the latest version.
Step 2. Please verify that the base station is properly powered on and ensure that the charging contact points between the vacuum cleaner and the base station are clean.
Step 3. Use a clean cloth to gently wipe the charging contacts to avoid dust or dirt affecting the charging.
Step 4. Restart the robot, and check if the issue has been solved.
