Issue description
If your X40 Ultra Complete encounters the voice prompt "Laser sensor abnormal / LDS abnormal" or the situation LDS cannot be raised or lowered during use, you can refer to this article for troubleshooting.
Scenario 1
Voice prompt: Laser sensor abnormal/LDS abnormal.
Troubleshooting
Step 1. Confirm whether the LDS component is stuck by foreign objects and cannot rotate. Gently move the LDS to try.
Step 2. It is necessary to confirm whether the front, back, left, and right sides of the LDS cover can be gently moved.
Step 3. It is necessary to confirm whether the laser emission and reception holes of the LDS component are blocked by foreign objects, which prevents them from emitting and receiving laser.
Scenario 2
LDS cannot be raised or lowered.
Troubleshooting
Please reset the machine, and restart it, then observe whether the LDS rises or falls.
