Issue description
If your X40 Ultra Complete robot fails to vacuum, please refer to this guide for troubleshooting.
Troubleshooting
Step 1. Check for airflow in the exhaust port(refer to the image below) during vacuuming. If there is airflow, the fan is functioning properly. You can clean the dustbin, increase the suction power, and vacuum more frequently for better results.
Step 2. Check whether the roller brush rotates or not. If it does not rotate, confirm whether there is any entanglement. If there is, please clean the roller brush.
