Troubleshooting
Step 1. Confirm if you have absorbed too much garbage. If so, please clean the dust cup in a timely manner.
Step 2. Confirm if there are any foreign objects blocking the extension tube or host hole. If so, please clean the foreign objects in a timely manner.
Step 3. Confirm if the filter element components are clogged due to excessive dust. If so, please clean them in a timely manner.
Step 4. If there are no issues with cleaning or blockage, it may be a motor problem. Please contact the after-sales service for further assistance.
