Issue description
If the appliance is not working properly, the H14 AE screen display will show an error message. Please refer to the below table to find your solution.

| Insufficient water in Clean Water Tank | Fill the Clean Water Tank. | |
| Used Water Tank not installed | Install the Used Water Tank. |
| Used Water Tank full | Empty the Used Water Tank. | |
Used Water Tank blocked | Rinse the Used Water Tank, including the separation motor on the tank cover, solid waste filter basket and tank cover with water. | |
Brush roller stuck | Refer to the Care & Maintenance section to clean the tube and dirt sensor. | |
| Brush roller not installed | Clean the brush roller. |
| Brush roller stuck | Install the brush roller. | |
| The brush roller and tube are dirty | Place the appliance back onto the base for self-cleaning. |
Error Code E1-E7/F1-F6/H1-H6/H7
| Error Code | Possible Cause | Solution |
| E1-E7 | Error | Restart the appliance for troubleshooting. If the problem persists, pleas contact customer service. |

| H7 | Battery overheating | Wait until the battery's temperature returns normal, then continue to use the appliance. |
