Issue Description
If your H14 AE is experiencing difficulties connecting to the network, please refer to the following steps for troubleshooting.
Troubleshooting
Step 1. The Wi-Fi password you entered may be incorrect. Please ensure the password is correct.
Step 2. The device does not support 5 GHz networks. Please confirm that your Wi-Fi is 2.4 GHz.
Step 3. The device may not be ready for configuration. Please exit and re-enter the application, then follow the instructions to try again.
