Introduction

Users can update the skill binding through the following two methods.

Please first upgrade the Dreamehome APP and Amazon Alexa APP to the latest versions.

Bind the Alexa Dreamehome skill via the Dreamehome APP:

1. Users who have already bound skills：

Step 1. Unbind the original skill

a. Enter the Voice Control feature in the Me section of the APP, click Amazon Alexa, and enter the configuration page;

b. Click the Linked button at the top of the Amazon Alexa configuration page, an Unlink pop-up window will appear, click the Confirm button, a Deleted prompt will appear, and the unlinking is completed.

Step 2. Rebind Skills

a. Click the Not Linked button at the top of the Amazon Alexa configuration page, then jump into the Amazon Alexa APP, where the Link Dreamehome with Alexa configuration page will be displayed;

b. Click the Link button on the Link Dreamehome with Alexa configuration page, return to the Amazon Alexa configuration page of the Dreamehome APP, and a prompt will appear. If "Added" and the top button changes to "Linked", then skill binding is completed.

2. Users without bound skills：

a. Click the Not Linked button at the top of the Amazon Alexa configuration page, then jump into the Amazon Alexa APP, where the Link Dreamehome with Alexa configuration page will be displayed;

Bind the Alexa Dreamehome skill via the Alexa APP:

Bound and unbound users can use the following process to update skill binding:

Step 1. Locate and open the Dreamehome skill Page

a. In the Amazon Alexa APP, click the More icon in the upper left corner to open the More card, click Explore Alexa+ Services;

b. Select the Skills & Games option, search for Dreamehome, and click into the Dreamehome skill page.

Step 2. Enable and authorize the skill

a. On the Dreamehome Skill page, click the ENABLE TO USE button, then you will be redirected to the account authorization page of the Dreamehome APP;

b. Click the Allow button, and the skill binding in progress will be displayed. Later, the binding completed page will be shown to finish the skill binding.

Alexa User Guide

To use this skill, click "ENABLE TO USE" above and sign in with your Dreame Home app account to link your robot. You must create a Dreame account and register your robot in the Dreame Home app.Once you're all set up, simply give your vacuum a command and it'll take care of the rest.

*"Drimi" is sample custom robot name. If you've named your Dreame vacuum, you can use its name to control it through Alexa. It helps you select the device you need to control when using multiple devices.
