If the robot automatically suspends cleaning or the current cleaning task is paused unexpectedly, please refer to this article for troubleshooting.

Troubleshooting

Confirm whether the robot is powered on. The robot will automatically stop the cleaning task if the battery is depleted. If the battery is low, please recharge it promptly.
Check if any pet or family member accidentally pressed the pause button.
Verify whether the robot is stuck or trapped by obstacles, which may cause the cleaning task to be suspended. If so, please clean foreign objects.
Check the APP for any error prompts. If the app indicates an error, please report the error message to our customer service team, and they will assist you in resolving the issue.
Restart the robot, restart a cleaning task and confirm if the issue remains.
