Filter Installation and Replacement Steps
1. Press the latch on the top of the unit and lift the top assembly straight upwards.
2. Using the protruding edge of the pre-filter, lift the pre-filter straight up, and then remove the composite filter cartridge.
Note: Remove the protective packaging from the composite filter cartridge before first use.
3. Place the new composite filter cartridge over the centre of the base and press down gently. Then insert the pre-filter into position and ensure it is seated firmly with no looseness.
Reset Filter Life: When the filter-life countdown expires, the Power indicator light will flash (for the first time, it will flash for two minutes; thereafter, it will flash for three seconds at each startup). Press and hold the [Power] + [Lighting] buttons to restart the countdown.
4. Align the tab on the underside of the top assembly with the corresponding recess on the hair collection chamber, then press down until it locks securely into place.
How often should the filter be replaced?
We recommend replacing the filter every two years.
If the air pollution warning indicator light remains red for an extended period and the air purification effect is not significant, you can choose to replace the filter to maintain the product's high-efficiency purification capability.
What to do if the composite filter has an odor?
You can use a brush to clean the dust off the surface of the filter, and then put the composite filter in the sun to dry. Use it again after the odor is removed. If the smell still cannot be removed, please replace it with a brand new filter.
