- Pour floor cleaning solution into tank A
- Pour pet deodorizing liquid into tank B
- Pour wood floor maintenance solution into tank C
2. Can cleaning fluid be poured into different compartments?
Not currently possible.
3. Can non-official cleaning solutions be used?
The ingredients of unofficial cleaning solution formulas cannot be monitored, and there is no guarantee that they will not affect the robot or base station. Therefore, it is not recommended to use unofficial cleaning solutions. If a malfunction occurs due to the use of unofficial cleaning solutions, the official warranty will not be applicable.
4. Do I need to clean the floor before applying the wooden floor maintenance solution?
Before maintaining wooden floors, it is necessary to clean the floor first. Our standard maintenance mode for wooden floors involves cleaning the floor before carrying out floor maintenance.
5. What should I do if there are gaps in the wooden floor during maintenance?
The robot will fill up this gap during the retraction process, so please don't worry. Because after the first tow, the water stains dried faster, during the second return trip, visually, it may seem like there are gaps that have been missed, but in reality, our mop will cover the gaps we just made.
6. The cleaning liquid leaves a sticky residue on the floor.
It is necessary to ensure that the Dreame official cleaning solution is used at the correct ratio, as it will not stick to the feet. Using cleaning solutions from other brands may damage components and pipelines, resulting in abnormalities.
If there is abnormal stickiness, turn off the cleaning solution injection switch, use clean water to wash the mop and mop multiple times, then turn on the cleaning solution switch again, and the cleaning solution ratio will be diluted.
