2. Power Level Correspondence Between the Range Hood and Cooktop
he range hood has five power levels (F1–F5), which correspond to the cooktop power levels as follows:
Note: When the induction hob is in P0 position, the hood motor stops with a delay of 30 seconds.
3. How to adjust the cooker power？
Slide the power bar of the target cooking zone to adjust the power, with a power level range of P1~B; after the Boost function is activated, the appliance will run at maximum power for 5 minutes, and then automatically drop to level 9.
4. How to operate the automatic adjustment and Boost function of the range hood？
Automatic Adjustment: The range hood linkage function is automatically activated every time the appliance is turned on. Touch the corresponding key, and the range hood power will be automatically adjusted according to the cooker power.
Boost Function: Touch the power adjustment icon to switch from automatic mode to Boost mode, and the range hood power will immediately reach the maximum.
5. What are the suitable cooking scenarios for different heat settings?
- Level 1-2: Suitable for precise warming of small amounts of food, melting chocolate/butter, and slow simmering over low heat;
- Level 3-4: Suitable for heating leftovers and quick simmering;
- Level 5-6: Suitable for frying pancakes;
- Level 7-8: Suitable for sautéing ingredients and cooking pasta;
- Level 9-B: Suitable for stir-frying, searing ingredients, cooking thick soups, and boiling water.
6. How to use the timer function？
The target cooking zone must be selected first before using the timer function; after touching the timer key, press the plus/minus keys to adjust the time in 1-minute increments (0-99 minutes). When the time is up, the appliance will return to standby mode and stop heating; if multiple heating zones are timed, the display will show the shortest time.
7. How to use the child lock function?
Activation: Touch the child lock key, the appliance will enter the locked mode, and only the power key can be operated;
Deactivation: Press and hold the child lock key for 3 seconds again to cancel the locked mode.
8. Why is the fan still running after the appliance is turned off?
This is normal. The appliance has a built-in cooling fan to prevent overheating of electronic components, and it will continue to run after shutdown if necessary. Wait until the fan stops before cutting off the power, and do not disconnect the power while the fan is running.
9. How to clean stains on different parts?
Daily stains on the glass surface (fingerprints, food marks, etc.): After turning off the appliance, apply cooktop cleaner to the glass while it is still warm (not hot), wipe with a soft cloth, thoroughly rinse off the residual cleaner, and finally dry with a clean cloth or paper towel; do not use abrasive sponges, nylon sponges or irritating cleaners, and make sure the cleaner is suitable for glass surfaces.
Spills, melts and hot sugar stains on the glass surface: Immediately use a special glass ceramic cooktop scraper (at a 30° angle) to scrape the stains to the cooling area, clean with a cloth or paper towel, and then clean the glass according to the daily stain cleaning method; be careful to avoid scalding, the sharp blade of the scraper must be kept away from children, and clean in time to prevent damage to the glass.
Spills on the touch control panel: After turning off the appliance, blot up the liquid with a soft cloth, wipe with a clean damp cloth or soft sponge, and finally dry with a cloth or paper towel; stains on the panel may cause the appliance to shut down, and the panel may not work normally when there is liquid, so dry it before turning it on again.
10. Is it normal for the cookware to make crackling or clicking sounds during cooking?
Yes, it is normal. This may be caused by the structure of the cookware (vibration difference of different metal layers) and there is no safety hazard.
11. Is it a fault to hear a slight humming sound when the appliance is running at high power?
No, it is not a fault. It is a normal phenomenon; after reducing the power level, the noise will decrease or disappear completely.
