Issue description
If your H14 Pro fails to charge, please refer to this guide for troubleshooting.
Troubleshooting
Confirm whether the machine can be turned on and used normally. If so, follow the steps below to exclude it:
Step 1. Confirm when the machine is put back on the base, is there a voice broadcast: start charging, and the screen charging indicator light flashes in a small lightning breathing pattern, and there is a battery percentage display.
Step 2. Confirm whether the charging base is connected to the home socket, and try to re-connect it.
Step 3. Check whether there is water, dirt or oxidation on the charging socket pin and the bottom charging contact of the machine. If so, please wipe it clean.
