Issue description
If your H14 Pro is experiencing voice prompt errors, please refer to the corresponding solutions for the three scenarios outlined below.
1.Device voice language support
If there is a problem that language settings cannot be saved, please upgrade to the latest firmware version to solve it.
2. Dirty water tank icon
Please use a cleaning tool to clean the electrode pads under the lid of the sewage tank and the electrode pads under the inside of the sewage tank, and keep the filter element clean and dry
If the fault cannot be solved after wiping, you can try to send the upper and lower components of the sewage tank.
