Issue Description
If the self-cleaning function fails, it may be related to charging status, water tank installation, insufficient water volume, a full sewage tank, roller brush blockage, or a clogged base outlet. Follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue.
Troubleshooting
Before troubleshooting, please first verify whether your device can charge normally:
- If it's unable to connect normally:
The self-cleaning issue is related to the charging problem, please refer to this article for troubleshooting: H14 Pro Not Charging.
- If it can charge normally, please follow the steps below for troubleshooting:
Step 1. Check the clean water tank:
Make sure the clean water tank is installed correctly and contains sufficient clean water. Check whether a clean water tank icon is displayed on the device. If the water tank is filled but displays the clean water tank icon, try turning the unit off and on several times to see if the issue resolves.
Step 2. Check the sewage tank:
Confirm whether the sewage tank is full or not installed properly. Empty the sewage tank and reinstall it.
Step 3. Check the roller brush:
Remove the roller brush and check whether it is severely entangled with hair or foreign objects. Clean it thoroughly.
Step 4. Clean the base components:
Check and clean the sewage outlet and suction pipe in the base to prevent blockage.
Step 5. Restart the device:
Remove the device from the base, power it off, wait for one minute, then restart it and try again.
