Issue Description
If the App prompts “Please Add Detergent”, please follow the steps below to check.
Troubleshooting
Step 1. Check detergent compartment
Open the dust collection cover and remove the auto-detergent compartment.
Confirm that the cleaning solution level is sufficient.
Step 2. Check firmware version
Ensure the robot firmware is up to date.
If not, please update it to the latest version.
Step 3. Check Auto-Add Detergent setting
Go to the App and check whether “Mop-Washing with Detergent” is enabled.
- If enabled, the base station will automatically add detergent during mop washing
- If the compartment is empty at that time, the App will trigger the “Please Add Detergent” prompt
It is recommended to replenish the cleaning solution promptly(refer to the picture below) or turn off the option of "Auto-Add Detergent".
Note:
- The auto-detergent compartment can be filled up with cleaning solution for use. Do not add any liquid other than the officially-approved cleaning solution to prevent malfunction.
- Install the auto-detergent compartment until it clicks into place.
