1. Why has the battery capacity of the X60 Pro Ultra Complete been reduced? Does the robot support fast charging, making a larger battery unnecessary, or is there another reason?
This is a reasonable simplification resulting from advancements in battery life technology.
Although the battery capacity has been reduced from 6400mAh to 5000mAh in this generation, the actual battery life has not decreased.
This is because the robot features upgraded fast-charging technology. Each time the robot returns to the base station for mop washing, it can quickly recharge within 3–5 minutes.
According to real-world testing, after completing a full vacuuming and mopping task in a 200㎡ home, the robot still retains more than 80% battery capacity.
Through technological optimization, the same or even better battery performance can be achieved with a smaller battery capacity.
2. Will Fast Charging Affect Battery Life?
Fast charging theoretically has a slight impact on battery life, but actual test data far exceeds expectations.
Our batteries have passed 600+ high-rate charge-discharge cycle tests, and the actual test results for the primary battery have exceeded 800 cycles.
Note:
800 cycles refers to 800 charge-discharge cycles using 10A fast charging and 10A fast discharging. After these cycles, the battery's remaining capacity is still above 90%.
This means that even with normal daily charging and discharging, the battery can still maintain approximately 90% of its original capacity after at least two years of use.
At the same time, through intelligent temperature control and material optimization, fast charging remains both efficient and safe, allowing users to benefit from extended runtime without concerns about battery lifespan.
3. What Is the Minimum Battery Life Under Extreme Conditions?
After simulating high-temperature operation in the laboratory, we found that the total battery life could still reach 416 minutes even at an ultra-high room temperature of 35°C.
4. Does Fast Charging Have Temperature Control?
Our fast charger features intelligent temperature control protection.
The built-in temperature sensor (NTC) monitors the battery temperature in real time. If overheating is detected, it automatically reduces the charging speed to prevent danger. Simultaneously, the charging components are made of high-temperature resistant materials (PPS + glass fiber), capable of withstanding temperatures up to 260℃.

5. What Should I Do If I Find That the Charging Efficiency Is Low When I Wash the Dishcloth Again?
1). Please check for dirt or grime near the charging contacts of the main unit or base station. Regular maintenance and cleaning are necessary to prevent affecting charging efficiency.
2). Do not place the base station in direct sunlight, such as on a balcony, to avoid prolonged exposure to high temperatures, which can affect battery charging efficiency.
