1. The side brush/cloth makes a lot of noise when it is draped outwards?
Our dual robotic arms are controlled by dual motors and dual gearboxes for movement. If you hear a slight outward swinging sound, this is normal mechanical noise from the gears turning; please use it with confidence. If the sound is sharp or abnormal, please contact customer service for assistance. Thank you!
2. When the side brush/rag is retracted, something gets stuck (such as a wire harness)?
1. Before the robot vacuum starts cleaning, please remove any easily tipped, fragile, valuable, or potentially dangerous items. Also, clean up any loose wires, rags, children's toys, hard objects, sharp objects, or other debris on the floor to prevent them from getting tangled, scratched, or knocked over, causing damage.
2. If wires become tangled, go to Settings > Auxiliary Functions > Equipment Maintenance. You can manually operate the expansion module to its maximum extent, and then manually remove the obstruction.
3. To address the issue of high-polished glazed floors not expanding outwards or not expanding in enough, the software logic was implemented to first stop the mop rotation and then restart it only after the outward expansion was complete.
This is a normal phenomenon; if it continues to rotate outwards, it may easily get caught in things.
