1. Minimum Furniture Clearance Height for X60 Pro Ultra Complete
The minimum furniture clearance height for the X60 Pro Ultra Complete is approximately 89 mm. The robot will not be able to enter under furniture lower than this height for cleaning.
2. There's enough space, but the machine can't fit under low furniture
You can adjust the automatic raising and lowering of the top radar to “Extreme Coverage” in:
Settings – Ground Cleaning Settings
You can also manually add “Low-Height Areas” in map editing.
3. Scratches on the top cover of the main unit
In “Extreme Coverage” mode, the robot vacuum will automatically lower its height to thoroughly clean low-lying areas (such as under beds and sofas).
However, some complex home environments may have protruding objects on the floor or ceiling (such as loose nails or hidden cable channels).
It is recommended to briefly check the floor or ceiling for any obvious protrusions before activating this function, or temporarily mark such areas as “no-go zones.”
