1. Ground Reflection Is Misidentified as a Stain
You can enable Active Light Enhancement Recognition in the app via Settings > Lab Features. After enabling this feature, the probability of false recognition can be significantly reduced.
2. Pet Hair on the Floor Is Not Identified as Pet Hair
Sparse pet hair without significant height can be cleaned effectively with standard suction mode. Dense clumps of pet hair with significant height will be identified, and the robot will adopt a stronger cleaning strategy.
Please ensure that both Large Particle Boost and Active Light Enhancement Recognition are enabled in the app.
3. The Blue Light Causes Light Pollution
You can turn off the Active Light Enhancement Recognition switch in the app. However, disabling this feature will reduce the robot's ability to recognize various stains. Please adjust the setting according to your actual needs.
4. The Robot Avoids Pet Hair Clumps Instead of Cleaning Them
You can enable the Large Particle Boost and Active Light Enhancement Recognition features in the app. After enabling these functions, the robot will identify pet hair clumps and apply enhanced cleaning strategies.
5. Stains Are Still Not Recognized After Enabling Active Light Enhancement Recognition
- It is recommended to update the firmware to the latest version.
- Please ensure that Stain Recognition or Large Particle Boost is enabled.
- Active light currently supports the recognition of large particles, liquid stains, and pet hair clumps. Please verify that the stain is within the supported recognition range.
6. Stains Are Still Misidentified After Enabling Active Light Enhancement Recognition
- It is recommended to update the firmware to the latest version.
- Due to variations in lighting conditions and floor elevation, there is a low probability of false detection. If this occurs, please click Report an Error. The software will continue to optimize and update the recognition model.
