If you're next to the robot:
1. Please check if the base station mop is missing.
2. Please return the mop on the transport frame to its designated position in the cabin door's mop
compartment.
3. Please check if the mop is properly installed and in place.
4. Please check whether the mop in the cleaning tray is placed accurately and whether it is skewed; if so, you can try to install it manually or manually straighten it;
5. Please check if the mop head is loose or detached.
