Issue Description
The floor is not clean after mopping, or the water volume for mopping is too small.
Troubleshooting
Our robot supports both CleanGenius Mode and Custom Mode, which can adapt to different cleaning scenarios:
- During initial use, when the home environment is relatively dirty, we recommend reducing the backwash area in Custom → Mop-Washing Frequency. After several cleaning cycles, you can increase the return area to maintain a cleaner floor.
- You can use CleanGenius Mode – Deep Clean, which performs more dense whole-house zigzag cleaning. It operates at a slower speed for deeper cleaning, and the dust level will gradually decrease over time, resulting in a cleaner floor.
- You can also select Custom Mode – Mop after Vac, and adjust settings such as suction power and cleaning cycles to achieve a more thorough cleaning result.
