The AI recognition results are inaccurate or inconsistent.
Troubleshooting
AI misidentification can be divided into the following two situations:
1. The number of obstacles displayed on the map does not match the actual number:
To ensure the tidiness and clarity of the app map, the system is set by default to display only one icon on the map for obstacles of the same type that are too close to each other, even though they are all recognized. Rest assured, the system will avoid all obstacles.
2. If the obstacles displayed on the map are not of the same type as the actual ones:
(1) Firstly, different light intensities may affect the accuracy of obstacle recognition; Please ensure sufficient lighting during the AI recognition process, so that the robot can update the obstacle type in real time when it passes by obstacles next time; If a highly reflective area is mistakenly identified as an obstacle, you can click "Ignore Obstacle" multiple times. After AI learning, it will be optimized
(2) The shapes of obstacles in the home environment are diverse, which may cause AI recognition errors. However, our robot will become smarter and smarter through continuous learning and optimization. We recommend that you regularly check and update the firmware version
3. Misidentification of obstacles, such as thresholds on the ground and office trim, is also related to lighting conditions.
