Through a special process, it maintains excellent rigidity, precision, and stability even in harsh working environments including continuous high temperatures of 200°C, humidity, oil contamination, and chemical corrosion. These superior properties make it widely used in aerospace and medical devices.
2. How does the TangleCut™2.0 Resilient Scraper work?
The comb's shape has been upgraded and adjusted. The upper section fits snugly against the roller brush, while the lower section features longer teeth and a sharpened back, making the teeth longer, denser, and sharper, easier to hook and cut hair. Combined with a forward and reverse rotation logic, it speeds up the hooking and cutting of hair, and with the powerful cyclone suction, it efficiently removes hair.
3. Will the serrated blades damage the floor, brush roller, and components?
- The trimming teeth are recessed and do not directly contact the ground.
- The cutting edge is behind the comb, not in direct contact with the brush bristles, so it will not cause damage. Since the teeth are recessed, they are not visible during normal floor cleaning unless the brush is disassembled.
- The teeth are not made of steel, so there is no need to worry about them injuring your hands or the floor, and they will not damage the brush or other components.
4. Is it really possible to achieve zero lint entanglement?
The upgraded TangleCut™2.0 Resilient Scraper works through a coordinated four-step process: combing, cutting, suction, and washing. This multi-stage anti-tangle system effectively captures and cuts hair before it can wrap around the roller brush.
In laboratory testing, the system achieved a 0-tangle result with 3,000 human hairs, 56,000 strands of soft dog hair, 3,600 strands of long dog hair, and 10,000 cat hairs.
The anti-tangle performance is not solely dependent on the cutting blade.
