T16 Pro Heat Consumables Usage and Maintenance Guide

Roller brush:

1. Roller brush lifespan？

To ensure effective cleaning, we recommend replacing the consumables as needed. To ensure effective cleaning, it is recommended to use two roller brushes alternately. Generally, it is advised to replace the roller brush and filter every 3-6 months.

2. How to install the roller brush?

Cantilevered roller brush installation: Insert the end without the cantilever onto the input shaft, lay the roller brush flat, and then attach the magnetic lock on the cantilever clip. 

3. How to disassemble the roller brush?

Removing the roller brush: Simply pull open the magnetic latch on the cantilever, and the roller brush cantilever will pop open, allowing you to remove it easily.

Battery:

1. Battery lifespan？

Battery life is generally related to usage. The entire machine has passed a 300-hour lifespan test. With a cleaning frequency of once a day (10-15 minutes each time), it should last 3-5 years without any problems.

Follow-up question: Regarding the battery, our professional laboratory has conducted repeated tests, and it can be recharged approximately 1000 times. Taking an average of two days for a thorough whole-house cleaning as an example, that's 15 times a month and 200 times a year. Therefore, the battery should last 4-5 years. If there are any issues with the battery later, please contact us for a replacement.

2. How to charge？

1. Please ensure the device is upright. 
2. Connect the charging dock to the adapter and plug it into a power source. 
3. Place the device on the charging dock; the charging icon on the screen will light up, indicating the device is charging. 
4. The battery level will be displayed as a percentage in real-time. 
5. The screen will automatically turn off 10 minutes after the device is fully charged.

3. Will the machine automatically power off after it is fully charged?

Our machine will automatically enter a low-power program and remain in sleep mode after being fully charged for 10 minutes, so it doesn't consume much power.

4. How to replace the battery pack?

1. To replace the battery pack, press the motor release button and slide.
2. Pull down the battery pack handle to remove the pack.
3. Insert a new battery pack into the motor and put the handle back until it clicks.
4. Put the motor back until it clicks.

Used water tank:

1. How to clean a used water tank？

After turning off the machine, press the used water tank release button to remove the used water tank, pour out the wastewater, rinse the tank with clean water, and then scrub the inner wall with the provided cleaning brush.

2. Filter cleaning/filter maintenance:

Our filter cartridges can be removed and air-dried immediately after use. If the cartridge is too dirty, it can be rinsed with clean water (and used after drying). It is recommended to alternate between the cartridge and spare parts.

Cleaning solution:

1. Can I use cleaning solution from other brands with the T16 Pro Heat?

To ensure optimal cleaning performance, please use Dreame floor-specific degreasing cleaning solution. Do not add general cleaning solutions from other brands.
