Open the cleaning solution inlet, add solution, and close it tightly.
2 . How to intelligently proportion cleaning solutions
- Shake well before use. Add cleaning solution to the tank.
- The T16 Pro Heat features intelligent cleaning solution mixing with different ratios for varying levels of dirt: 1:200 ~ 1:30. A single full refill lasts for 30 days, so there's no need for frequent refills.
- Smart mode: intelligently adjusts the solution ratio based on dirt level.
- Powerful mode: highest ratio.
3. Can the automatic cleaning solution dispensing function be turned off?
- While the machine is charging, press and hold the mode switch button for 3 seconds to manually turn the cleaning solution mixing function on/off.
- In the APP, under 【Device Settings】-【Cleaning Solution Ratio】, this function can be turned on/off in Smart/Powerful/Personalized modes.
- The hot water mode will also adjust the mixing ratio.
