Power switch
Power switch: Controls the machine's operation. A short press turns the machine on, and another short press turns it off.
Self-Cleaning Button
Self-cleaning button: Controls the machine's self-cleaning switch. A short press turns on self-cleaning (the button is available when the machine is charging and the battery level is >20%). A short press turns off self-cleaning mode during self-cleaning.
Mode switch
Mode switch button: When this button is pressed, the floor scrubber will switch between four modes in turn: Smart Mode, Hot Water Mode, Scraping Mode, and Custom Mode. (For Steam Mode, press and hold the trigger button for 3 seconds.)
Voice Prompt/Wi-Fi Button
Voice button: Short press to toggle between the four options: Low Volume / High Volume / Mute Voice / Enable Voice. Long press to reset the network; a message will appear saying "Waiting for network configuration."
Tank Release Buttons
Click to release the tank.
Motor Release Button
Click to release the motor.
2. How to charge T16 Pro Heat?
- Insert the end of the handle vertically into the port on the top of the appliance until it clicks.
- Place the charging base against a wall on level ground and connect it to a power source.
- Place the appliance on the charging base. Fully charge the appliance before first use.
3. What is the charging time and the drying time?
Charging time is approximately 4 hours, and drying time is 5 minutes(in fast drying mode)/30 minutes.
4. What household cleaning scenarios is the T16 Pro Heat suitable for?
This floor scrubber can clean various surfaces such as tiles and floors. It can effectively remove pet hair, food scraps, paw prints, water stains, and food residue.
5. Does T16 Pro Heat have a voice function?
It features intelligent voice prompts, providing voice feedback and instructions for all operations, making it simple and easy to use. It will also provide voice alerts for situations such as a full wastewater tank or low battery.
Usage: Press briefly to turn on voice prompt or adjust volume.
6. Can the T16 Pro Heat clean low-profile areas?
Yes, it's possible. The machine can lie flat 180°, making it suitable for cleaning areas under beds, sofas, and other surfaces at least 9.85cm high.
7. What is the overall tilt angle of T16 Pro Heat?
It can be laid flat at 180°, so it can reach low-lying areas in your home for cleaning.

9. What is the minimum power consumption for self-cleaning and drying?
Self-cleaning can only be performed when the battery level is greater than 20%. (If the battery level is less than 20%, please wait until it reaches 20% before pressing the self-cleaning button to perform self-cleaning.) After self-cleaning, the device will enter the drying stage.
10. Can I use water suction mode only？
If there is too much water on the floor, you can select the Suction Mode This mode only absorbs water and does not moisten the floor, so you don't need to worry about it.
