Washing time
The washing time is not adjustable according to the program. The washing time is generally 15-20 minutes for fast washing, 45-50 minutes for wave wheel standard washing, 45-50 minutes for drum mixing washing, and 100 + minutes for other large objects.Reference manual for different models.
No washing
- Do not water, do not wash: the cover will be re covered, check whether the tap is turned on, whether the water pressure at home is normal.
- Do not wash after entering water: verify whether you have turned off the tap artificially. The automatic washing machine needs a specific water level before washing. It is recommended to turn it on, and the water inlet valve will be closed automatically after the water inflow is completed.
- Washing machine display screen shows --, belonging to automatic weighing function, it is recommended to wait for 2-3 minutes, and the machine will start to work after weighing.
Poor cleaning performance
- Verify if there are too many or tangled clothes. It is recommended to reduce the amount of clothes or shake them and try again.
- For stubborn stains on clothes, it is recommended to use decontamination products to soak before washing.
- The washing machine has heating function, which can be turned on.(pay attention to whether the clothes support hot washing).
Repeated washing
- Check whether the clothes are biased to one side, causing the washing machine to rinse again with water. Shake the clothes and try again;
- Check whether the ground is uneven, which may cause the clothes to lean to one side. Try to move the washing machine position. If it is invalid, dispatch workers.
